Caleb Berry – South Carolina Punter/Place Kicker

January 24, 2014
Lexington, SC

IMG_4564bCaleb Berry will be one of two Performance Kicking Student Athletes to sign a scholarship offer to play at the next level.  Tagged as an “average” kicker/punter by some in 2012, Caleb proved that tag wrong by having an impressive Senior season! Caleb finished the season with 41 punts for a total of 1,585 yards averaging 38.7 yards per punt.  His long punt on the season was 61 yards and also had 12 punts downed inside the 20.  On kickoff Caleb had 6 touchbacks on 22 kickoffs in limited work.  Currently Caleb is considering Catawba College, Charleston Southern University and Mercer University.  Being a “late bloomer”, Caleb started to gain interest late in his recruitment from Maryland University, Tusculum and a few other schools.  A standout kicker at Kohl’s Winter Showcase (video) Caleb proved himself to numerous college recruiters.  A consistent training schedule with Performance along with specialized weight/speed training and proper training table, Caleb became a weapon for his school and an elite kicker in the state of South Carolina.  His story is proof that consistent application of proper technique and training does pay off.  If you are a kicker in the state of South Carolina and are looking for a kicking camp, look no further.  Turn to us for personalized training to be come a better kicker, punter or long snapper.
